What is CFR?
Code of Federal Regulations
The Code of Federal Regulations, also known as the CFR, is the code book that lists all the general and permanent rules and regulations adopted by federal agencies. The CFR is important to Social Security Disability claims because the Social Security Administration (“SSA”) is a federal agency. Because of this, the CFR contains all the rules and procedures that must be followed when filing a Social Security Disability claim. Our attorneys here at Drummond Law are very familiar with all the rules and procedures put in place by the SSA that are contained in the CFR and make sure that we do everything we are supposed to do procedurally with the SSA so that we can help make your disability claims successful.
